Fashion icon and Fashion Director of Vogue Japan, Anna Dello Russo aka “The Guardian of Fashion” has designed an accessories collection for Swedish high st retailer H&M; which I am as excited as **** about! The collection is FULL of gaudy gold with hints of turquoise, and features snake bangles and necklets, box clutches, embellished sunglasses, shoes, and a trolley. AdR took inspiration from her home for this collection which you can see in the video below.

Anna says “I am excited by this collaboration; this is the first time H&M involves a Fashion Director in a special project. This is the sign of an important evolution in fashion, and I am both thrilled and humbled to be the one chosen to lead it. I wanted to create precious accessories that are impossible to find. As a stylist I know accessorization is essential, it is the personal touch to any outfit. With these pieces everybody can have fun, turning an ordinary day into a fantastic fashion day”.

After all that excitement, the collection won’t be available to our prying hands for another 5 months. See it, touch it, feel it, buy it from October 4th in stores and online.

SFK camera straps are a must for any budding photographer/fashionista/style blogger; these beauties were founded just last year by former Teen Vogue Accessories Editor, Sarah Frances Kuhn in Brooklyn, NY. The Chanel-esque chain link straps are super chic, a much better look than my wide run of the mill Canon strap.  All straps are hand made in the studio and come in a wide array of colours, of which I want at least 5 starting with “Fools Gold” in black.

SFK have already had some great collaborations with Fallon, Niko, and Cheek-ie with straps inspired by major fashion bloggers like Susie Bubble, Face Hunter and Hanneli. The pre-fall line was inspired some of Sarah’s musical muses of the moment.

Go to SFK for more info, images, and stockists.

We were invited by fellow fashion blogger Emily Johnston of Fashion Foie Gras to celebrate her exclusive collaboration with American accessory label Coach. (more…)

Old faithful of the High St M&S have developed an outstanding range of accessories or AW11. The collection is broken down into small ranges; Nordic Narnia, a Navajo inspired range, and Boy Meets Girl which I have to say was my personal fave.

Nordic Narnia was very sparkly and girly, perfect for girly girls and Christmas party outfits.

The Navajo inspired range is full of beautiful warm colour, faux fur, and chunky knits.

My fave collection was Boy meets Girl, full of Black, hats, boots, and large bags!

Almost if not all of the shoes/boots withing the collections have extra padding in the soles to make them that little bit more comfortable for all day wear. This was music to my ears!!!
