What an absolutely grim, grey, and depressing day!  We decided to perk it up with a little look at what High St giant River Island has to offer us with their AW14 collection.

New season, new reason – to shop!  We are loving the AW14 collection from River Island, it literally jumpstarted our morning and there’s soooo many pieces we want.  The coat offerings this season are pretty mayj; that snow white coat with white faux fur stole; all the pastel Sesame St textured coats; and that calf length faux fur coat is to die – we’re foreseeing serious Carrie moments to be had in that.

The grey leather knee length skirt is perfect for work and play (also available in black leather and maroon versions), the fluffy zip trimmed sweater is a perfect partner.  Sticking with grey, the sleeveless turtle neck sweater and cropped wool trousers, teamed with those light grey stiletto mules (again also available in black croc); not to mention the cute detachable furry bag monster.

By far our favourite outfit is the popcorn sweatshirt, leopard print coat, with ripped jeans and neon block heels!

The full collection will be dropping bit by bit between now and Christmas, both in store and online.
