Who doesn’t love an Innocent Smoothie – not only are they good for you, but they taste amazing! We love them even more during the Autumn/Winter seasons, all wrapped up in their bold hand knitted bobble hats. This year the british brand have teamed up with British model Lily Cole’s The North Circular to design a collection of life-sized bobble hats and celebrate the tenth anniversary of innocent’s Big Knit.
Hand knitted in the UK by grannies (just like many of the mini Big Knit hats), the full-sized hats in their dip dyed shades of cool grey and electric blue, topped with a jaunty bobble, are perfect for this winter with their pulled back, slouchy style. All sale profits will go to Age UK to help keep older people stay warm this winter. The hats (made from 100% British wool and featuring the identity of the granny that knitted it) will be available to buy from www.thenorthcircular.com from November for £85.
This year’s Big Knit takes place from 6-29th November. Behatted smoothies can be found in shops across the land, and for every one sold, 25p will go to Age UK. For more info visit www.thebigknit.co.uk.
