Actress Andrea Riseborough looked trés chic at the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards wearing a Vionnet custom ivory multilayered silk chiffon bustier dress with draped sleeves and degradé black stones and crystals floral motif embroidery.

In my opinion it could have done with a little less sleeve action, I’m not enjoying the gathered up chiffon on the shoulders.
