Since 2009 I’ve celebrated the anniversary of my birth with a birth week as opposed to a birthday; and I must admit it’s been a blast! Well Armani Exchange have one upped me -they’ve spread their 20th anniversary celebrations over the course of 6 months!!!

As part of the A|X 20^th anniversary celebrations taking place this year, A|X Armani Exchange has teamed up with one of the UK’s top dance labels TOOLROOM to bring you six months of unadulterated sound and style pleasure with the launch of the “ARMANI EXCHANGE PRESENTS: DJ RESIDENCY SERIES IN ASSOCIATION WITH TOOLROOM KNIGHTS”. The celebrations began on the 16^th July, A|X will host a weekly residency of the UK’s top DJ acts, with sets taking place every Saturday afternoon in each of the A|X Armani Exchange stores nationwide. Touring the stores will be a selection of TOOLROOM KNIGHTS’s best talents who will each play in one of the stores until the 17^th December.

As music and nightlife are part of the A|X brand DNA, A|X continuously strive to seek out the latest and newest music talent to play in store, and remain on the edge of the youth DJ music culture. The “ARMANI EXCHANGE PRESENTS: DJ RESIDENCY SERIES IN ASSOCIATION WITH TOOLROOM KNIGHTS” program will host both rising stars, who will play their sets every Saturday during the month, and headline acts performing on the first Saturday of the month. DJ’s will include Mark Knight, Dave Spoon, D.Ramirez, Gina Star, Juan Kidd, Pete Griffiths, Mark Storie who will be playing in stores between 2pm and 4pm every Saturday.

This 20^th anniversary A|XX project will culminate with a party bringing together all the best DJ’s and their favourite tunes for a one off night of musical mastery at A|X’s flagship UK store on Regent Street.
