If you read my #From10StepsTo10K post, you’ll know that I’ve taken up the challenge to run in the Nike Women’s 10KM London on Sunday 21st June along with 9,999 other women. We’ll be taking over Victoria Park as part of the world’s largest ever Race Series, which will see runs taking place in 20 cities across the globe, from Hong Kong to Toronto.

Who remembers the Nike Air Rift? The trainer that had a nation divided; is that a bit dramatic, maybe a little, but it left us with the rather difficult decision “do we want to walk around with cow hoof/camel toe trainers, or do we not?”

Over the weekend I blended up a couple of treatments for my hair, one as a pre-poo (which, I would like to clear up for those that don’t know, does not mean that at any point in my hair routine do I add shit to my tresses! This was actually asked on Twitter, so I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that pre-poo means “before shampoo” or in my case “before co-wash” – wait, I feel like I need a glossary for this post alone!), and one was a deep conditioner.

I bought this jumpsuit/boiler suit in the January sales, I had a gift card to spend so was (what felt like aimlessly) roaming around Westfield London looking for something to purchase. I stumbled into Pull & Bear, had a quick eye look, because that’s all I had energy for at this point, then was about to leave.
This denim darling was right by the door, reduced from £50 to £20, perfect! I picked it up, took it to the till, then heard “that’s £12.99 please”. Don’t you just love when that happens?!
It’s a little short in the leg (obviously), the solution to that, for me is called, roll ’em up a little (so it looks intentional) and add some cute heels.
