I’ve been asked to take part in a 10K run with Nike this summer, which is great, only I don’t run, and have never ran. I’ve accepted the challenge and have 3 months in which to go from 10 steps to 10K!
See my Nike Running haul, and my freak out at the idea of training for a 10K run, it might not be a marathon, but right now it sure feels like it!

If you regularly hot foot it around London, you may have seen a large shop on the corner of Regent St and Piccadilly called The Sting, well the Dutch-born multibrand fashion retailer has just launched it’s first webshop in the UK.
With over 70 sales points across The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, The Sting now supports it’s two London stores with a transactional website which ships across the country. Offering free returns and a money back guarantee, customers can also pick up orders placed online at the stores.
I had a quick gander at the website and found some cute pieces from both the mens and womens collection to make up the outfit above. Customers can find fun, casual clothing, cool festival outfits, great party pieces and laid back but trend-led everyday wears.

Last month Nike announced their latest Women’s Training collection with Berlin-based designer Johanna Schneider, and I have to say I’m kinda in love with it!
The collection was inspired by the human body and its organic construction, Schneider interprets clothing as a form of personal architecture, with foundational pieces that the athlete can adapt to individual needs and preferences.
Schneider states: “I wanted to build a sophisticated selection that looks pleasant against different skin tones. Colours with an organic origin give us a familiar yet natural impression and create a gentle contrast to the technical aspect of the collection.
The colour palette is right on the money, I could totally rock some pieces with my day to day wardrobe. Take a look at the campaign imagery featuring Nike athletes Morgan Lake, Emma Oudiou and Airine Palsyte.
This will look perfect on me when I’m doing the Nike 10k run in the summer, it may just give me the power to finish it!

You’ll remember I told you here, that several luxury shoe designers had reimagined the iconic glass slipper from Cinderella. The sketches were just the tip of the iceberg, the captivating collection was on display at the Cinderella Exhibit presented by Swarovski at the Berlin Film Festival on Friday.
